Anele is an Academic, an ex-Banker, Commercial and Business Law Expert,

Human Rights’ Advocate and a Philanthropist.

Anele understands and relies on the benefit of interconnectedness of a variety of economic sectors and multi-disciplinary competencies feeding from each other to address complex educational and societal challenges, whilst providing intellectual leadership to key pillars of the global economy through consultations. As a turn-around strategist, she has served the majority of countries in the African Continent, in addition to the United States of America, Europe and China, helping companies and governments fix deep systemic challenges.

Anele’s heart lies in South Africa; insisting that until the structural challenges

in the deficient education system and the inaccessible economic justice

for the impoverished are addressed, meaningful reform cannot happen.

As long as the majority of South Africans are hungry without

basic human needs, there will always be despicable crimes and corruption.

As an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa,

she employs Laws that restore dignity to her communities.

Niña spent six years practicing as a Legal Researcher at the Engadin’ Stiftung,

a Public Benefit Organisation aimed at the rehabilitation of disadvantaged youth

and the development of Vocational Education for the Social Welfare sector,

before completing her Bachelor of Laws degree at Wits Law School.

Niña served her Articles of Clerkship

at Livingstone Crichton Attorneys situated in Sandton, Johannesburg.

She is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.

Her focus is on utilising the Law to navigate the inequality gap

haunting the vulnerable population of South African Society,

towards Economic and Social Justice.
